Our trainer can assist you in achieving your goals for weight loss, muscular strength, cardio and muscular endurance, increased flexibility, specific sport training, or just a general overall good feeling about yourself and health. The YMCA has a professional certified trainer who encourages success and wants you to create a better quality of life through fitness. Each session is one hour.
